Web room booking

As part of the new timetabling system, the University of Huddersfield is introducing a new room booking system for one off bookings such as meetings.

This system allows you to book, manage and cancel your room bookings round campus – it replaces the Estates Room Booking system.  

The systems creates a Provisional booking that will then be Confirmed when checked by the host school or service.

At all stages you will be informed of the progress of your booking through emails.

• Requests for furniture and/or setting up must be placed as a job (e-mail: estates@hud.ac.uk) at least 3 days prior to the event.
• Room layouts should be returned to a standard layout after an event.
• If complex A/V set is required please contact the relevant person in school.
• Please do not stick anything on painted wall surfaces, even with Blutack. Resulting damage is costly to repaint.  Use only notice boards and agreed areas to display items in agreement with Estates.
• Rooms used for Exams need a minimum of twice as many seats space than than students
• Please double check your details before submitting your booking.
• All bookings can be reviewed though SWS the online timetable (http://bulgaria/sws1516/default.aspx)
