Information on Results Release - June 2016

The process for summer 2016 results will be similar to previous years - all summer results will be published on Tuesday 21st June. Students will access results by clicking on the My Results button, which will appear on the University Web site, and in PortalPlus. Results for Oldham and Barnsley will be released along with part-time students at 3.00 pm.

Students who are due to receive their results in June will receive an e-mail on or after 9^th March to their University e-mail box giving them their allocated time to access results on Tuesday 21^st June.

After this date lease remind June exam/assessment students that:

Students who are due to access their results after the June Course Assessment Boards should now have received an e-mail informing them of the process. If they have not received this email, they should inform their school/department office immediately.

Please note: if the student owes money to the University, their results will be discussed at the Examination Board and their results will be available on the date specified via My Results. However, if the debt is for tuition fees and remains they will not be eligible for the following:

University transcript and certificate of award
Formal notification of award (Award letter for final year students)
Attendance at the Awards Ceremony in July 2016
Progression only students will be unable to re-register for the following year of their course

N.B. For staff information only. Full-time students’ results scheduled for 21^st June will be available throughout the day. The timings for individual Schools are given in order to spread the event throughout the morning, and avoid unnecessary queuing for PCs. Thus F/T students who arrive before the advertised time will still be able to pick up results. Part-time student results, Oldham and Barnsley will not be available until 3 pm.
