Booking a room

Please visit the Student Support Office or email sce.student.support@hud.ac.uk at least 24 hours in advance of your required booking slot with all relevant information, including date, time, duration, number of participants, and any equipment requirements (such as data projectors) in order to book a room.

You can also view room availability in the Spärck Jones Building on plasma screens throughout the building and online at: scenrooms.hud.ac.uk, this tells you which rooms are currently available for use and how many computers are free.
