Report an IT Fault

If you have problems with any computers in the School of Computing and Engineering please inform your local technician and include as much detail about the issue as you can. Please also include the room number and the computer number/location in the room so the technical team can investigate.

You can also report problems directly at the computing helpdesk which is located in SJ2/04 in the Spärck Jones Building but if you cannot visit us directly the technical team can be contacted in the following ways:
