Complaints procedure

Our aim is to give you the best experience possible as a student and we hope everything goes well during your time here but, if you do experience difficulties, we would encourage you to discuss any problems with a member of staff as we would like to be able to do the best we can to help.

The most important thing is for you to discuss the problems with us as soon as they occur, for guidance on who you should speak to please see your relevant Engineering or Informatics department contacts. If in doubt you can always contact your Personal Tutor for informal advice and guidance.

If you are unable to resolve matters informally and would like to make an official complaint, the procedure can be found in Section 8 of the Student Handbook of Regulations.
