Student Support Office

The Student Support Office can be found in the Spärck Jones Building, on Floor 1 in Room 1 (SJ1/01). This is a one-stop shop for any enquiries you might have that are related to your student record or administrative issues related to your studies.

The office is open 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The team deal with enrolment, module queries, timetabling, exams, assessments, course related committees and award ceremonies. They can help if you are attached to the wrong modules and they can also advise on academic staff availability, arrange meetings with academic staff and book rooms for you.
