Absence reporting

The University has strict rules relating to attendance on your course.  If you are unable to attend a lecture, tutorial or other session due to sickness or other reasons, you will need to explain the reason for your absence, the modules and sessions you expect to miss and how long you expect to be away from your studies.

If your absence will be for longer than three days, you will be required to complete an Authorised Absence Request form.

Attendance

As a registered student of the University, you are expected to attend your scheduled classes.  If you miss classes, your absence will be noted and you may find that you have to explain your poor attendance.
